Harrasment/Bully Report - Live site

We have recently add a Harassment/Bully Report feature. This will allow your users to report an incident they may have seen or been involved in. Those reporting can remain anonymous while filling in the information.

1.  The person filling out the on line form may enter contact information if they wish.
2.  Enter in Incident Information.
3.  Then submit the form.

To receive the info about the incident; when you log into the CMS you will see a featured black box with Bully Report in it. If you do not see this you can go to security if you have the permission, and give this feature to those that need access.
