Hyperlinking and ADA Compliance

Anytime that you create a hyperlink using the text editor, you need to add an "ARIA Label" for ADA compliance. The ARIA Label is a description of where the link will take the user if they click on it. 

For example:
Hyperlink Text - Click here to go to Google.
ARIA Title:  Click here to go to Google webiste - Opens in a new window
