Creating Anchors

When creating an anchor, you will need a set of text (The"title") and a set of text the title will be anchored too. 

 

 

Highlight the text you want to anchor the title too and click on the flag in the universal editor

 

 

Provide an Anchor Name. From there, go to your Title, highlight the Title and click on the hyperlink chain link button in the universal editor. 

 

 

The link box will pop up. Change the Link Type to Link to anchor in the text. Then select the anchor name and click OK.
